Our necklaces are made in 925 sterling silver. The gold and rose gold finishes are premium 1 micron 18K gold and 18K rose gold plating. Stones are cubic zirconia.
On each product page, choose your metal and chain length, then type your names or initials or choose your birthstones in the boxes that appear. Please check the spelling carefully: we engrave exactly what you type.
Every piece is made to order within 1 to 5 business days, depending on order volume and the season.
After it's made, your necklace ships for free with tracking and usually arrives about 3 business days later. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once your piece has gone into production we can't change it, because it's being made just for you.
Every piece is personalized and made to order, so all sales are final and we can't accept returns or exchanges. If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.
Keep it dry: take it off before showering, swimming or working out, avoid perfume and lotion on the piece, and store it in its box or a pouch between wears.
You can pick 14 to 22 inches on the product page. Measure a necklace you already like wearing, or use a string around your neck to find the spot you want the pendant to sit.
